A freind of a freind is looking for a 2nd hand Prado 99ish model.
What should he look for apart from a life or a Patrol?

Simple pop it in low range - do some hard lock to lock turns with both windows open adn see if anything clicks....

Or you could just buy a Land barge with a live front end - less Mrs friendly but more fun in the lomg run - also cheaper on juice too! :finger:

PS - I'm a car sl~t at teh moment - 80 series that I use - rangie in teh driveway about to become GQ/Gu'd with a holden V8...

Pathfinders are a good light tourer/road car. Wouldn't recommend them for harder offroad use.

Pathy's have a Patrol rear end, near bulletproof with it's weight.............
