tailshaft spline question

Post by built4thrashing »

I was wondering are the splines on the NT tailshafts the same as the WT ones?
meaning can you use a male end of a WT shaft and the female end of a NT shaft (or visa versa) when doing a t/case swap?

would be easier when doing a conversion rather than swapping over the flanges at the uni's
Thanx

i have a 90 WT and was gonna use some NT tailshaft ends to do a 1ltr t/case swap. was gonna swap the entire half tailshafts rather than just change the flanges
