who makes cheap U-bolts that people can recommend? looked at superior and there 145 a pair, looking at something a bit cheaper than that.

Do they have to be custom....if not repco or anywhere. If the do need to be just try and see if they make them in that size. Other than that try some engineering places.

In melbourne i went to General Bearing Supplies , and there on the shelf to suit shit loads of different 4 wheelers and i paid $14.50 a pair , so check out some of your local bearing and castor suppliers.

any suspension/spring shop should have em.. it would help to take one to match up if you can..

also try a wreckers.. 4x4 parts and mayne spring works have em for like 12-14$ each..
