Woodgrain anyone?

Post by murcod »

Just been having a browse at www.ferozaclub.de (pity it's all in German!) and came across these pics. Check out the width of the tyres- surprised they don't hit on the body/ chassis!

Then there's the interior shot...

Careful with the comments, I attempted to post a shortcut to Outerlimits on their forum. :D

Yes I think that was the guy's name.

A personal friend is he?! :D

I'd love to have those wheels and tyres for on road use. Another Feroza had a similar size wheel/tyre combo but had Yokohama 352's fitted- now they would grip on the bitumen!

I got onto their forums using www.world.altavista.com which translates web pages. Then I logged in and typed in a message saying hello, I'm from Australia and own a Feroza, blah blah... and posted a link to the Outerlimits Daihatsu page. God only knows what I typed in came out as on their forums- but the link should still work!

There didn't seem to be many posts on their forums at all. The site had some scanned in bits from the factory manual, but once again all in German..

Besty, your first name is Andrew is it? Uwe was asking about you!

I'm serious; I sort of managed to strike up a conversation and he was asking about an Andrew with a Feroza on the forums- I take it that's you and not Andy from WA?

The reason his English is so crap is because he uses the same web site to do the translation I use. From what I could understand he tried to register on Outerlimits but couldn't- their forums allow guests to post without registering, which was why I could do it so easily. (The translator doesn't translate the buttons on a webpage- you have to guess what each one is, which would make it fun registering here for him....)
