Extractors

Post by Guy From Nowhere »

Ok,

'The General' runs a 2F absolutely stock and with fuel at the moment is a fair drain on the pocket. However I still want to power the old thing up a little. Had planned to put extractors on but am keen to know if the gain in power is outweighed by the rise in fuel usage?

Dumbdunce feel free to answer (no pressure :D )

Cheers all

I've always been led to believe that extractors and quality exhaust should boost power slightly as well as improving economy as you are making the engine breathe more efficiently...hence making more power from less fuel.

Yeah, I've been told the same thing! Snorkel, Exhaust, Extractors and your car will love you for it. Anyone want to sponsor my rig so I can chuck them on. :finger: :D

Ok, cheers guys must have been led down the wrong track about fuel consumption with extractors. Sounds like I'm gonna chuck some on then.

Geeze guys, this is my thread you can't say that :finger:

So with a few small adjustments here is how it should read:

Who wants to sponser THREE 60's with kick but stickers of whoever they are or what their deal is then damn well send a PM to us! :D

YEAH...CMON :bad-words:
