Does anyone know if there's an aftermarket radiator made for the Feroza- or is genuine the only option???

Apparently there are two different types of radiators for Ferozas...... I happen to have the type which isn't made by Denso....
Let the fun begin- fitting the later model radiator into mine!
BTW the one made by Denso has an elongated filler neck to the cap and sits lower in the engine bay. My old one has the filler cap virtually flush with the top tank and whole radiator sits higher. The new one also has the lower outlet angled upwards, IIRC mine comes out at 90 degrees....

The new one is getting sent back- it's all too hard. I found the correct hoses to fit (had to get new top and bottom ones to suit!) and had them on order. Then I went back out to the garage and did some more measuring..... not only is it lower, it's also mounted further forward!? That would have resulted in it most likely hitting on the aircon condensor; plus the bottom outlet would have hit on the bracket I've made up for the electric thermo.
So, I'll be returning it tomorrow and have cancelled the order for the radiator hoses.
After my spit I rang Daihatsu and apparently there are three different radiators!? -> 9/92 ; 9/92 -> 8/93 and 9/93-> are all different (mine is a 4/92.) After a bit of dealing I'm getting the genuine one for around $30 more.
BTW I rang Denso and they only retail the one radiator to suit 9/93 on - contrary to what their website says "90-97 F300"

Well, if I included all the experimental versions along the way..... too much!
The Daewoo fan was $90 from a wrecker; relay $7; thermo switch $35 (Tridon TFS-139); fuse wiring etc $10? The metal mounting bracket was fabricated by my father inlaw - he's excellent at making that sort of thing. I've mounted the fan to the bracket via the shroud using those rubber isolation mounts that have the bolt studs sticking out each end. The bracket bolts on the same way as the factory plastic shroud would.
Don't buy a Davies Craig fan, they cost an "arm and a leg" and don't work that well due to not having a shroud built in. I originally had a 14" one and it was useless.
I did do some minor mods to the Daewoo shroud to make it fit on the radiator better (using a router ), but could have fitted it without doing the mods.
If you've got the later model Feroza (with the updated front) then you may find more space between the radiator and engine- opening up more options for fans.
