fridge temp guage

Post by rockcrawler31 »

i just bought a voltage guage and temp sensor from Jaycar (thanks Ferwoaza) works a treat. if you put a rocker switch in the feed line you can monitor both the main and second batts. i also cut and extended the external temp sensor wire so i can monitor the temp in my Engel.

i can really recommend the kit, which is a great little buy at 30 something dollars

Just be a little wary now you have cut and extended the wire for your temp gauge as they are generally set up and configured for that length of wire.

Once you lengthen it, it may not read true anymore.

Hope this is not the case for you though.
