Just got back to sunny Townsville. As you heard I didn't have a good run. The winch was the main problem and with some of the angles we were winching I decided it was safer to watch rather than risk doing big damage to the truck or worse to somebody. I kept stripping gears and snapping break shafts. The good thing now is I can rebuild the truck with new running gear and winch and have a proper go at it next year. I'm not going to do a manny and say I'll be in the top 10 but I won't be coming last anymore without a major incedent. I had an awsome time and learnt heaps which is what this year has been all about. I'll keep my build up running in the members area cause I'm sure there will be a couple of things most of you won't agree with. :D :finger: I thought is was an awsome comp and was way more social than outback. I had a ball of a time and can't wait till next year.

Don't let all the secrets out Steve.
Mate it was a pleasure to have you competing along side us and thank you again for standing in when I got the head knock. You would think it should knock some sense into me and not get back in with the crazy old dood! But where is the fun in that.
