Greetings from Canada

Post by samzuki »

Hello all! Wow, was I ever surprised to stumble onto this site! Too cool! Anyway just wanted to say HI. I'll be stopping in from time to time. I love Zuks, presently I'm building up an LWB. Most vendors in North America are in the US. Since they basically only had the SWB rigs, I can't find a top for my LWB. How about it fellows? Does somebody make soft tops for LWB rigs? Any info would be great! Later...

you can get them over here in Oz. Not sure what they are worth to post to canada, but it may be an option.

I'm getting a soft top made for my LWB in the next few weeks by a company that models its soft tops on Bestop. This company buys its materials out of the same supplier as Bestop does in the US, so basically I'll have LWB Bestop soft top.

Podge, any chance of you letting us know who and how much? With the warmer weather one of the young fellas has removed his fibreglass canopy on the LWB. Or in his words, he has gone from Zook to Zoot.

Yeh, that's kewl. It'll be a few weeks or maybe even a month or so. The company doing the work is Classic Coachworks at Mortdale. Jim Kolesnyk owns the business and is good bloke. I've been trying to get my LWB to him for about 3 years to get it done but I really do need a new top now. The top on there now is the original one, so it is going on being 20 years old.

Will advise when I've got it done. I am currently working on a website with shop that will have the biggest range of Suzuki replacement parts which will have the soft tops on there for sale.
