Rims, what is 'factory' but fits a zook.....?

Post by Drewfus »

Firstly, we all are aware, I'm sure, that standard Sierra rim is 15"x5.5", with a 5 on 5.5 P.C.D.

Secondly, we are well versed that the common mod is to use either early F100 15x8", ur Feroza 15x7" rims...

The above is old news...

These days, Suzuki has a number of different models which, on first impression, seem to have a variety of different size rims (width & Diameter). For refference sake, does anybody know a few examples, both in the steel rims and the 'hairdresser alloys'?

Does anyone have any sizes (Dia.\Width\Offset) to offer?

XL-7
Vitara
Jimny
APV

Note: I'm not reffering to whats available from the aftermarket, just what's availible from the different O.E.M.'s

Cheers,

Drewfus :)

BigRed on here runs rims from a grand vitara on his zuk, not sure what year, but they were straight bolt on 15x7 or 8... but expensive at nearly $200ea.

15x7 or 15x8? No way. They'd be 15x6 I reckon. Would be interesting to see what the IFS offset is. More than likely it'd be positive, which isn't great for our application.

GV rims are 16"... And most dealers throw them away, because customerws install other ones. If you ask around you could maybe get them for free (over here at least EU).

You can get 16x6 off some Gv's. think later on they're more like 16x7.

Those rims on "rocky" are CSA aftermarket mags (alloy).
