Decided to my strip my injectors yesterday and clean them as the beast was blowing a lot of smoke, quite a simple job and a noticable differance in power :lol: Still a little Black smoke though.

I stripped the injectors into their components and let them soak in Solvent for a hour, then polished the the Jets with Car polish :) Works Great. Make sure you dont loose any bits ;)

Did you check their crack pressure before re-fitting? Dribbling injectors will contribute to black smoke as well as clogged types

Usually strip the whole thing down, pull the nozzle and replace it with a new one. Adjust the breaking pressure to get decent atomisation.
