Factory winch bar question

Hi guys I am looking at buying a new factory winch bar for my GQ but have been told that the new warn 9000 lb winches wont fit. Does anyone know what needs to be modified to make it fit?

Factory as in ARB? My Warn xp fits an ARB winch bar.
Weekdays - Prado GXL D4D with some stuff
Weekends - Mav shorty with lots of stuff

Bull bar is sold as nissan bar, but is actually made by arb.
