Yet another snorkel Question

Would a snorkel offa cruiser ute fit onto my 1985 LN65 hilux diesel??? im finding it very hard to get the proper one that would fit.... as for im not paying upto $500 for a safari

mate have a look at the shape of the 2 rigs.
totally different, its like trying to get a square peg threw a round hole

do what a mate did spend 5g on a eng rebuild and killed it in the first month
cause a $500 snorkel was not needed to do a river crossing

i know were id spend the money n whats cheaper
other alternative is stainless steel pipe ,do a search in the tech section on stainless snorkels it was not that long ago on there

Less than $100 worth of PVC pipe and silicon will also work...

maie if u look threw this fourm u will find pics of my custom set up it cost abput $150 to do .
ya got2 b tuff if u gunna b dumb!!
