dual cab tray

im goin to start buildin my tray but just wanted some ideas on, sizes and materials people have used on there dual cab lux. (lenght,width,size of steel)
whhat have you used on the floor and any pics or plans would be great, (im not goin to copy anything excactly) ;)
thanks for any help (and i did search but nothing related to dual cabs)

look in members section.. customhilux built a good 1 for a dual cab.. as did i, and maybe a fellow named ditch??
.. all materials and stuff are listed there...
