i have dual transfers on my GQ and where the second gear stick comes through the floor it looks like it may interfere with my passenger seat and interfere with my passengers legs
so i was thinking of other ways to active low low range
maybe a solenoid? though i cant seem to find one to suit
pneumatic rams is another sort and i can't seem to find one to suit either though im prob not looking hard enough pneumatic ram seems alot to set as well
so any ideas whould be great guys

Pneumatic, using a stock rear locker actuator from a GQ rear diff. through an existing Arb set up.
Hydraulic using a clutch throwout cylinder, and clutch master with small lever through. or some sort of bleed off the power steering pump
Last resort, electric using a door lock motor.
Whatever you do, try to use stock parts from other areas of the vehicle

yep two positions was thinking making a dog leg shifter but it still will get in the way also cutting of more floor and trying to seal it againspazbot wrote:does it only need to move 2 positions or are 3 needed, what have others done for the shifter, have u thought have making like a dogleg shifter

just remake the links outta flat bar and cut the cyclone nuts down. the hole thing becomes narrower and will fit through the whole.
