AVM Hub leaking

Have an MK that the Drivers hub is leaking out, it's an AVM hub. Wondering if the seals are hard to replace, and would I need to go to a 4x4 place to get them or would any auto place have them like Bursons :?: :?:

I Beleive that ARB sell a repair kit for the AVM hubs for around $75, The kit does both sides......

If its leaking you most likely have a dud axle seal ... prepare to get messy mmmm diff oil mixed with bearing grease .. loverly combination.
