finally after eleven months found out why it can just start running like a sick pig .after having two new air flow sensors one new radiator new air filters x six it turns out to be a bodgy egr unit sometimes the valve will close sometimes it doesnt this makes the computer think theirs not enough fuel so it then begins to drown in diesel causing overheating shiiit loads of smoke and maxium warp speed of about seventy kms hr

Did you take it to a dealer. The EGR is a very common problem on them.

yes its been to the dealers sometimes two to three times a week then it would run ok for a while after about five months we found out their computer wasnt working eventually we took it to cambelltown and put it on their computer brought it back with a print out they replaced the egr gasket next morning it did the same thing so back it went for the egr the next day
