And why not for normal asp diesel? seems a bit strange as the LP acts as a catylst for the fuel , eg creates a better more complete burn, If so should still give benifits on na.

for it to work properly you will need to run LPG and NOS together. i think the biggest problem you will face is getting it all into the cyclinders in the right ratios. I would set the LPG up so that it is vacumed into the engine after the turbo, and works on a vacume so that when the engine is reving harder the injection body of the LPG is wider open. Through out the rev range the ratio between diesel and LPG would remain constant and the injection of the nos would be swith or solinoid activated as it is in a petrol engine.
So yeah, it would work, but the nos would only burn the LPG and this is were you would pick up an increase in power.

If the LPG displaces the air then the air volume not displacement has to be changed. LPG, WILL make a difference , if you are thinking LPG, for performance and you dont have aturbo, i recommend you install a turbo first, as for a few reasons:
1: it is more proven
2: it is more reliable
3: it is easy and cheap to do, in fact just finished another one
LPG alone is better than NOS alone for a diesel, and its easier and cheaper to run two fuels rather than three LPG, NOS and diesel, will take up weight, space and room!!, the LPG displaces air, BUT is a fuel, the NOS, is dangerously stupid along with LPG, if you want that much performance, get a Big Block PETROL, of maybe a KB

The lpg injection would be nice if you have the money to spend,its the only way you will run it on the inlet side of a turbo,not to be mixed up with the standard type of gas system, your standard gas systems won't work at all in a boosted enviroment,its one of the safety features of gas systems ,they require the vacuum to release the fuel into the system so if theres no vacuum theres no gas,The theory is if you use the pleneum chamber from the injected model of the motor you have it should increase the velocity of you inlet charge and therfore be more eificient than a carb type manifold,Now don't ask me or try to explane
The simple answer for it is they same sort of forces that are used in expansion chambers on two strokes,negative and positive pulse waves ,happening whithin the systems.
in the early seventys there was quiet a bit of experimentation with manifold type for different apllications,for instance a company called armour put out a few different manifolds for the holden red super long runners as in manifolds would produce exellent torque features,and great top end power.

Once u are running big turbos, big injectors and pumps, and LPG u run NOS to cool the engine to prevent it from a melt down.
So u will find that NOS is good for your high performance diesel.
