hey im after the first gear in gearbox ratio!

Are you asking for the ratio of 1st gear or a new 1st gear?

what is the standard first gear ratio out of a suzuki sierra

Primary gear ratio = 31/21
Primary Speed Ratio = 1.476

Secondary ratios.
1st gear.
Gear ratio 30/14
Speed ratio 2.143
Overall speed reduction ratio 3.163

2nd gear
Gear ratio 29/22
Speed ratio 1.318
Overall speed reduction ratio 1.945

3rd gear
Gear ratio 26/27
Speed ratio 0.963
Overall speed reduction 1.421

4th Gear
Overall speed reduction ratio 1.0.
