Is that a welded double steering arm you are going to use?

I take it you are not going to get this engineered?

you could have the part x-rayed. If it passed it could be engineered.

For the additional cost of this you could probably just buy the cast arm.

about $150 to get it xrayed and also a good idea if your qulified

Wheres the other half of your front U bolts :shock:
It looks like you have welded bolts to the side of the diff :?
I get the feeling that an engineer or dep of transport type guy isnt going to like the look of that.
Other than that she looks pretty sweet :cool:

One with ausToyota also, IT doesnt look safe and if you have an accident and that breaks your ASS is GRASS, do you have that good of a weld ? :shock:

someone through out the good u bolts and keeped the bad :roll: ,The welds arn`t welded across the bolt and I`ve seen heeps of trucks run this but its only 2wd ATM till he gets High pinion and the front shaft done
Finished now......Got a noise when steering from lock to lock thinkings its tie rod ends binding in :?

Cut the T bars in half and the front centre is granaded,hubs we keeped and the cv`s and free wheeler sold

i havent taken it offroad yet as i still need to get my high pinion and shaft but on road it drives nice it could be a while before it gets to see the bush though might of done my gearbox in :x
