i finally did it. put the 1ltr t/case in my sierra. the case i used has the smaller flanges for the front shaft and jack shaft but uses the larger flange on the rear tailshaft.
All i had to do was re use the 1.3 arms and the raer flange and swap over the 1ltr uni flanges. was very easy.
havent yet had a good drive in it but so far im happy

im not completely sure what year the t/case was from but it has different sized splines on the output shafts where the flanges slide on. the input and front are a smaller size spline to the rear which is the same as a WT. the retainer nuts are all the smaller size. All i had to do was swap over the ends of the front tailshaft and jackshaft. Was a very easy thing to do. just make sure you put the tailshaft back together so the markers lign up opther wise it can vibrate. i found out the hard way when i took it for a test drive. had to pull off the front shaft and align the markers. see the link on what to do http://www.suzukiinfo.com/sierra/ackssa ... yvideo.zip Next is the welded rear
