I ran a K&N but found that dust was still getting through, so run a standard filter at the moment.
Will be buying a Finer Filter today though.

filter setup

Post by JBE »

I use the standard main airfilter and a Donaldson centrifugal pre filter on top of the snorkel. I'm really happy with the Donaldson as it is very effective in keeping the dust out and is very low maintenace. I haven't come any negative side effects of this setup (no increase in fuel consumption or engine temperature).
