hey i have mannaged to break the chassis mount off the steel has split at the bottem of the chassis rail
is this ok to weld back on ?

are you near campbelltown ? were welding mine back up and getting a bit of steel plate to use as reenforcemnt i`ll let u know how we go

the good old electric 130 amp welder should do the trick just nice

as this is a chassis, id be recomending a welder with a higher out put for better penetration, which will leave you with a much stronger weld, especially seening as thou you will need to weld verticle,

im in penrith but will go anywhere if its at the right cost lol

i need pretty much the same, welded and plated up then bracket welded back on, also need some strengthening round the steering box mount
