soliciting advice for upgrading the exhaust system of my gen 2 2.5tdi pajero.....what set up, pipe size, mufflers...etc.

I did a 2.5 inch with a straight through muffler and the performance increase was very satisfying. You may need to up the fuel as well

did you do a 4-2-1 or a straight 4-1 header conversion? what about the muffler? can you give details so that i'll just follow your set up. :)

Your sig says TDI, headers are for naturally asperated engines.

you mean i just change the piping to 2.5 straighjt all the way to the muffler? changing the muffler...will it still be needed? kindly elaborate. :lol:

what does it mean when you say up the fuel? do i have to rev more to feel the significant power gain?

Without the muffler they can have a bit of a drone, especially a 4 as they have less firing pulses to dampen the noise.

Sorry KC Ihave been off line for a week, too low tech to fix the problem myself
Yes, fit a large diameter straight though muffler, 2.5" the same as the pipe
