Good luck to everyone competing and marshalling. I can't wait for the coverage hear and on pirate

so this will be my 1st rock event. i just want to know what the theory is behind the smaller "seams" to be harder rubber and bigger rims??? (from what i have scene so far) i only have one set of tyres so i'll be running the 46's. am i just wasting my time as big tyres have been proven to be shizer or are they still effective in this type of terrain??

hey sam (and others) i was talking to bad religon au tonight about an idea i had, The idea being that every one who enters the event gets 1 vote, and that goes to the team they believe put on the best show for the spectators veiwing (eg smokeshows and damn right crazy driving). If ran at each event, and teams win it more than once, it may boose the teams profile and may lead to teams getting sponsored, as people would want there company name on there rig because everyone is obviously watching them drive if they win lots of vote,

its just an idea,

cheers

Dean

at a guess it may have

a cruiser 4speed and t-case
6 gu rear calipers
5 rhf d22 navara calipers
3 gq ute leaf rear housings and 2 centers

but then again that gear could all be for other projects

shame the americans get abit of a break after getting of the plane. would have been good to see them back up sam and I's effort last year.

1 hour in a car
2 hours waiting
17 hours in a plane
6 hours in a car
8 hours working on the buggy
3 hours eating and drinks and the next day competing.

atleast my lazy fat ass only has to drive down there this year!
