always thought about doing that myself, it would be very very hard to get it right.
one there is no rear pillar or appron to unpick so you would be trying to "section" back together 2 roof skin. it will end up with waves in the panel. since the body is one piece, unlike the older 4 runners you are probably better to cut it into 4 sections and join it all back together. make some perspecs windows, i dont think you can cut that glass.
