Looking for a car
2" spring lift, 2" body lift and a set of 32x12.5 x15 BFG Mud terrains looks pretty cool and is a relatively easy and tame modification comparred to what most guys do here.
Just be warned, once you start modifying you'll never stop.

Im just running 30x9.5 BFG's. I can get places any locked n lifted paj or what have you can, plus the 9.5 wide tread will fit on the zooks standard 15x6 rims which makes it a lot cheaper too.
I found that even with a 2" bodylift they just scraped on the front bar mounts, you will have to grind a corner off there, but other than that theyre great.

STD zook rims are 15x5.5 and 30x9s will not fit legally on there.Kaos wrote:Im just running 30x9.5 BFG's. I can get places any locked n lifted paj or what have you can, plus the 9.5 wide tread will fit on the zooks standard 15x6 rims which makes it a lot cheaper too.

I have 31 Simex Extreme Trekkers which are more like a 32inch and they are the way to go.
i have them on speedy 15x7 rims and the offset is really good, Not much rubbing at all.
Cheers.

Hookers are like bowling balls, You pick them up, put your fingers in them, then throw them in the gutter and they come back for more.
It is not that bad.
I still get close to 35 Litres in the tank but am hoping to get a long range tank or maybe a fuel cell soon.
I am not sure how many time i can hit it before i rupture it. i am sure it will happen when i am in the middle of shitsville.
Cheers

I also don't understand why people hate bodylifts??? they achieve useful clearance for tyres, and even motor/gearbox in some cases, without changing the centre of gravitiy and handling as much a suspension lift would.
I reckon mine looks pretty phat!! 2" bodylift, unkown suspension lift (fair bit), and 33's on 15x10s....

Agreed. I have never seen a zook roll because it had a BL in it. I have owned 3 zooks. 2 of which had a body lift. One of them I actually re-mounted the body 4" taller than stock so I could clear a very large gearbox, and it was extremely stable...TWISTY_TOY94 wrote:I also don't understand why people hate bodylifts??? they achieve useful clearance for tyres, and even motor/gearbox in some cases, without changing the centre of gravitiy and handling as much a suspension lift would.
