I love those trucks. Top work. Does need some form of rollover protection though. Looks tops.

LOVE IT! I'm a HUGE fan of the old Scouts (and Broncos)...definitely hope to have one in my driveway one day.
Apparently people think I'm too patronising (that means I treat them like they’re stupid).

As it turns out I have to prove to the QLD dept transport that I don’t need one to get a RWC/rego. :bad-words:
I have one but its 3hour drive and I have to make it fit. So I want to get it on the road 1st then get the roll bar fitted a few weeks later.

Much as Id like to turn this into yet another "bentzook is an ar$ehole" thread, Id rather that the work gone into that scout is appreciated.
Yes, it needs a roll bar, but thats all it needs. I personally think its a top job and a great (almost) end product. Doesnt look like anything has been overlooked in terms of suspension, drivetrain, body work etc.
Once again, I love it!

Bentzook, I think it would be much better if you kept your habitual "pissing on other peoples shoes" to a minimum. I understand that you think you're hilarious but really, you're just plain old annoying. A close friend of mine died last year in a rollover so if I hear of you spouting that shit again, Im going to be very upset with you. No, thats not a threat, just a statement. I hope you're issues are resolved soon.

Dude that truck rocks, I love it!

They came from the Factory with a soft top and with out a roll bar so I don’t need one.

It’s my choice.

Defect me for what, which act TORUM, crim code.

If it is illegal to drive with out one I will have it fitted before I can get a RWC and Rego.

It WILL have a roll bar before I lock the hubs in, I haven’t rolled it in the 7 years I have had it so it’s a bit presumptuous to think I will roll it in 1st few weeks on the road.

Mall cruiser Hahaha

Who’s benefit; you’re the one hoping some one die in a roll over.

Like I said I have a roll bar, 4 inch OD, heavy duty thick walled tubing. Made by a pro, even the weld were X rayed. It’s made for a 118wb mines is a 100wb not a big job but I can’t do it at home.

The QPS aren’t there to make you feel better buy harassing 4wd owners, in an attempt to make up for something you are lacking.

I have a done a justice course and have made a few friend in the QPS so don’t give out shit.

I thought your 1st comment was ignorant and arrogant but this one takes the cake.
You gave me hard time and before I could reply you are offering the services of the police. GET A LIFE.
