how much life can i expect would be left in a 1992 LANDCRUISER 5sp man with 314,455km on the clock, it has been well maintained. also what kind of cost's am i looking for if i need to rebuild the engine? in the next year or two, ive tried searching to no avail

Diesel motors, not unusual to have have in excess of 500 000 k's without major work if serviced regular. Cost of re build about $8000 ?

mines got 300,000 on the clock, and it runs perfectly ... just serivce it every 5000km and change the timing belt at every 100,000, get the injectors replaced or cleaned andd it will keep on going.
