if it looks like there is oil in the bearing grease then you need an inner axel seal.
if your leaking from the swivel seals the you need to replace them and the felt.
If your wheelbearings are tight and you still have movement then itl probably be your kingpin bearings

To check if king pin bearings need replacing, just jack up the diff on the side you want to check, so the wheel is off the ground. Once the wheel is off the ground see if there is any movement top to bottom ie. grab the the tyre on the top and bottom moving backward and forward, if so depending upon how much movement there is usually indicates that the king bearings need replacing. If you are replacing them, whilst you've got it apart then you should replace the seals as well.

However, if the movement is more severe than it being top to bottom then usually it is wheel bearings that are either loose or need replacing.
