How much lighter would a tube bar be over the ARB bars i have front and rear, thinking of changing them to get the weight down.

hi, depends on materials used and design. generally heaps lighter in weight. all depends on what you want out of a bar style/light/ cosmetic factor or strengh / weight and bulky..

cheers

I built mine a bit heavy and it weighs 26kgs all up. i am sure my new one will be less, even with a stinger and sheeting

when the bar over the top cranks forward, doesnt that make it illegal ?what do the adr's stipulate so as to stay within the design perameters for legality reasons ?

legality wise, the upper part above the bumper line must slope back
