Sliding windows

Hi all, my old man has got some serious rust around the sliding windows of his 85 4runner, can anyone tell me how to remove the windows so we can cut the rust out? any idea's would be a great help, thanks.

From memory it is glued in and you have to rip the whole frame out. Then undo the screws that are tuced under the sills to get the centre piece of the window out. This allows you to contort the frame and get the glass out.
