Feroza Soft Top

Post by Rb25sil80 »

Hey guys coming into summer, just wanted to know if there is a sot top available for the rear section of the feroza? Be good to have something stashed in the boot in case a nasty storm blows in down the coast one day with the top off :D

I havnt taken the rear off mine for this exact reason, Cant say ive seen a Feroza with a soft top rear, Ill have to keep an eye out.

If they exist what can I expect to pay? Anyone got one laying around :D

Cheers

There was a model that came from the factory with the soft top only - SXP rings a bell??? Every now and again they pop up on Ebay and in the trading post for sale.

I've been thinking about getting something made up to just give a bit of shade, ie. a roof section only (made from canvas or whatever.) It could be fixed from the centre section of roof somehow and fastened around the rollbar at the back.

Does that sucker have a cover for the rear window?

I checked out that one online, just not sure if it comes with the tension bar and so forwarth. Seems like its just the material, which $300 seems a tad rich for !

Cheers

Will the factory soft top work on a vehicle without the factory roll bar at the rear, or does it require it to support the top?

If anyone does find an easy to get one please post as well - might be able to get a bulk discount as I love my Roza with the roof off, but leaving it open overnight or in the rain is bad!

Yes, that's been listed for a while with no bids. Too high a starting price!

(Also note "Local Pickup Only"..... and it's located in Darwin! )
