ARB will sell the parts (springs, shocks) separately, but there is not really any point. The whole kit will pretty much provide you with about the best compromise for a road/off road sierra.
ARB supply everything required and will look after fitting ( which assists with warranty if you have any problems) . It is a 100% bolt on. All required hardware is supplied.
Sure, better off road performance mnight be achieved with some of the combinations discussed on theis board, but if you are not talented with spannerwork or fabrication, I think you will find the OME stuff about the best around.
Despite making longer shackles for every car I work on, I can't really see the need for a smaller tyred car (say 30's). they do create some handling issues (reducing caster) and can cause shock damage in the rear end.
