i have a rn46 and i have a front headlamp problem. both the 3 flat pin conectors have melted and having replaced them the passenger lamp is dim . if i pull the plug on the drivers side lamp they both go out and yes i replaced the globe so thats not it. help im cop bait.

sounds like a bad earth to me. best way ( not easiest) is to run power wire into a relay and go from there. I had too much volt drop in my jag and done this and no more probs. Things wear with age incl elect wire.
