Judges wanted - Put Up or Shut Up Shootout

Post by Strange Rover »

Put Up or Shut Up Shootout - 7/8 Jan 2006 - Rover Park

So who is keen. We can get away with a minimum of 4 judges on this one - we will run 4 courses per day and we could do it with one judge on each course.

Judges will get into the park for free and Im not totally certain if we are going to run a judges cup on this one during the event in the Homeless or we do it after the event on the sunday (like we did at the finals but this turned out a bit anticlimatic i think) Or you guys could just have a play around in the buggies once we all finished - would have the 2 rentals, Adrians old buggy and also the homeless.

I was thinking that we could just get a couple of the existing judges to actually compete the whole competition in the homeless but only if we can get people to judge the entire competition.

So Im open to suggestions??

How about if we get 4 judges that will judge at PUOSHS then these people can have the 2 rentals for a round of the all terrain at cruza park. Or we could let the guys enter the rentals in XRCC (Scotty says its happening next year but I havent checked with MMM) - something like this would be alot of fun.

Doesent worry me how we do it as long as the judges get value out of helping me with these competitions.

Love to help out with this one Sam but ill be in my own buggie for my first full comp and looking forward to every minute of it. It should not be a drama at all to come up with 4 judges though considering there were more than 6 that travelled from brizzy to the finals

I'll throw my hat into the ring again Sam  I am enjoying the judging thing and since there is virtually zero chance of me building my own buggy, I always appreciate driving one of yours. :D The allterrain this year was fun but a little disappointing that we didn't finish the course because of an oil filter :x So, it might be good to have a go at that again and give the spectators something to watch this time. But then again the XRCC sounds like fun
Anyway, I'm in and anything else is a bonus

Also, I'm not about Leonard, he may also be interested. We're about to head up the beach until New Year. Put him down as a maybe.

Yep - anybody that helps out wont have to pay to enter the park. Ill leave the names here at the front gate.

And anybody that helps out after they paid to get in will get refund.
