shower power
I am thinking of buying a shower unit (glind, piranha) for the wife and was thinking maybe I might be able to connect it to the caravan (for outside use) useing a quick release hose set up. What I wanted to know is would the pump be strong enough to push it that far? About 14 metres, and still have a good shower?

looking for that perfect route?

Can't see why not, i have about an 8 metre pickup hose on my shower unit and it works just fine. The pumps can usually push a lot further than they can suck, but then that depends a lot on what kind of pump you are useing. I'm useing an auto cutout type that cost me about $125 the brand of which escapes me just at present but look into it before you buy your shower. I have a stainless heat exchanger which didn't come with a pump so i am not sure what the glind comes with. Do your homework first is all i can say. Good luck with it............Pete!

If youve got a manual truck could you fit an auto radiator and pump water through the transmission part as a heat exchanger for hot water?
Has any body tried this?
