OK, best rear springs for Hilux d/cab?

Post by Milamber »

Hi All,

Some of you will remember that a while ago I fitted Fireflex Parabolics to my 95' Hilux d/cab. The front is great, but the rear, is waaaaaaaay to harsh when unladen. In fact, it becomes quite unsafe when off road as instead of soaking up the bumps, it just moves the truck. Bad.

Can anyone let me know of a good, soft spring for the rear that will match the front parabolics? Or, has anyone had luck with removing the bloody hefty load spring on the rear parabolics, leaving just the two main leaves? I have asked about this before, but got fairly mixed advice so thought I would try again.

Thanks and Cheers.
Try it all.
