I'm glad someone asked this question.
From what i've worked out
Redrill diff perches, 38mm?
Shorter drag link
Adjustable torque rod
Lenghten driveshaft
A bit of hammer work

Would that be enough on a 2inch lift?

the main probs youll have is tyre scrub on the firewall. You could cut your guards or redrill the spring perches or put rears up front, a combination of all 3 and you should be able to fit 37's with 2" body lift and standard springs.

dont put any blocks under the front diff , it will make ur steering really bad.

what i have is 2" extended shackels 2" dropped hanger and moved foward bout a inch and std rear spreings in the front. 35"s fit under that easy and the 37 bogger i ran were just touching under max compression.

were the boggers rubbing on the firewall or up inside the guard?

they folded and tore the guard till the tire was rubbing on the seam that joins the firewall to the side, if i ran a bumstop to limit the last inch of travel it would have been fine

Just undo the bolt holding the springs together and undo clamps and you can repack the leafs as you wish. Havent heard of people running drop shackles in the front, not sure if it would be a good idea anyway. Heres some light reading for you...

i run ifs rears and 200mm eye to eye shackles in the back, with a 50mm spacer block under the springs and that fits up to 37's with no rubbing.

my ifs rears have been customised a lil with a few extra leaves for give a bit more ride height nad also have been built up more on the drivers side to allow for fuel tank driver etc
