loud clunking sound from under back of 80 series

i've developed a clunking sound under the back of my car only hapens when i'm driving along a ruff track from side to side.

any ideas guys

What have you looked at,What can you rule out
My truck makes cluncking noises all the time :D


It could be shocks maxing out ,could be bumps stops hitting,could be coils rubbing on the mount, could be rear diff goone

Rear panhard rod bushes stuffed or loose mounting bolts This happened to mine and worked this out by getting someone to shake rear end of vehicle side to side while laying underneath.

Upper/lower control arm bushes :?:

Exhaust mounts :?:

thae spare tyre chain is up tight and it's only started doing it recently so i'll get someone to shake it c if i can find anything loose
