Reatractable seat belts

Post by Vineboy »

Hi Gurus
I have a 85 cab chassis and want to put in retractable seat belts. The guys at our local wreckers are quite anal about swapping mods esp' where safety is concerned so are no help. Repco, auto-one etc likewise. Where can I get some retractable seat belts to fit ?

Does ur cab chassis have the removable side panels in the b pillars?

if so then yes U should be able to take them out of a widetrack model.

cheers

Supercheap sell some for around $70 a piece. Just make sure they are Aus Standards approved.

I went to Supercheap up in Orange and they wern't much help. Can I just use a generic lap/sash with a stalk? I have a feeling I can but Suzuki's wern't mentioned at all on the packs.

Helps heaps. Repcp $108 per side, Auto-one $92 per side for the same belts.
