Whats the recomended temp for a 1.3 in celcus?
Its a wheelbase thing

Can't answer the question as such.
But when my engine died, inspection revealed a 70*C thermostat.
It was a Japanese import, and I guess they have different needs to Aus.
I believe too cold was the reason rings and such wore out so fast.
Most thermostats in Aus are 82*C or 88*C I think .... the hotter for use in Winter. Mine certainly runs better, and heater works better on the 82*C fitted now.
Probably hasn't helped you at all... but I tried :D
