. Whenever I was heading down a steep hill in L4, there was a loud clunk in the front somwhere & the car would make a short lurch forward 
. Thinking it was the auto hubs, I drove back to Melbourne (we were camped at Wrens flat near Jamieson) & borrowed a hub from Andrew at Ontrack 4x4 (thanks mate 
). I went for a quick test run & all seemed to be fine. When I got back to camp, we headed off the next day & as soon as we started heading downhill again, the clunk came back & it seems to be getting worse . I'm thinking it may be in the transfer case but I'm no mechanic. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas or had the same probs & could offer some advice.Cheers

. I've put on some GQ hubs, they're stronger than the GU auto hubs & a lot cheaper too. I'm heading off to Robe for a few days tommorrow so I'll see how we go
