can some one help when select 4wd hi or low on lever i get a continious clicking sound from front hubs when moving back or forward then when i get out and change hubs from auto to the lock postion there is no noise do i have a problem.and if someone could explain the purpose changing the hubs from auto to lock thank you

tell me if you full lock to left and right while hubs are locked in do they click as well???

but in all sounds like you need new CV,S or some decent reco ones

not sure if it does it on full lock to lock but there is no noise when i put the hubs from auto to the lock postion

auto hubs aren't locking in (or out i would imagine) when you disengage 4wd when the hubs are auto do the click aswell? perhaps try engaging 4wd (hubs auto) drive forward 10m or so then reverse 10m or so and then drive normal . it might allow the auto hub to lock in to place. i know with my auto hubs when i disengage 4wd i can usually just drive off but sometimes it does click when i reach 40kph i stop reverse a few metres and it unlocks properly.
