The M&M Custom boys have 4 trucks coming up.

My zook, gonads zook, a hilux and matty's cruiser.

Me and gonads just have to pull our fingers out and get our rigs and the hilux finished

Id love to but I don't think they will let me compete without a winch. They must think I l get stuck with my massive 30s. But I will watch.

Due to the fact that i have to wear a "Team UNDERKILL" bright yellow lycra fit top i suppose thats a good enough reason to grace you guys with my SEXY BODY! :D

So yes of course i will be there!

Man we need to get a few more QLDers in there as we are getting slightly outnumbered!

I hope they realise that the Comp during the saturday is really just to fill in time until SATURDAY NIGHT!!!!!!

BRING ON THE GRASSHOPPERS!!!!!!!!! :P

Now i know "Gonads" is up for it but i certainly hope that some of these Southeners arn't all as soft as the last lot!! :finger:

So Dave(MMM) are we going to get our own outerlimits camping area this time or is there going to be no sleeping for everyone within a kilometer of us again? :D :D

Yeah i was thinking that too!

I couldn't really care less if we keep everyone else awake (there just been unsocialable) but its not good for the reputation of the site!

Those bloody "ONALL4'S" crew!!

I think we do need to be away from the rest just so we can enjoy the night and not worry about anyone else!

Maybe we need to put up a buffer Zone, anyone that camps inside that exclusion zone does so at there own RISK!

I'm still coming over from the England to come and see this

So if you see a pom wandering around aimlessly - thrust a XXXX in my hand and point me in the right direction :P

Anyone know if Antunac, Cockayne or Dobbin are going to be there, I've seen their trucks in the mags, and I'd love to see them in action.
Hell I hold no favourites, anyone running 44's getting it awn will do for me.

Is it too late to enter the rental car .......

I think the Mags you have may be old!

Cockayne has been out of 4WD comps since TUFF TRUCK 2001! :?

Peter Antunac has seen my Piece of Shit and realised there is no comparison and is scared to come back up :finger: :finger:    (c'mon pete come up, i can't gee you up any more than that) ;)

And Dobbin only seems to compete where there is big $$$$$ prize money or its just around the corner! He really only competes in TTC!

But don't Worry i believe there will be plenty of big rigs up here!

Are you going to be on your own or with other people?
If you are on your own and want somewhere to camp you will be welcome to camp with the Outerlimits Crew as long as you dont mind partying most of the night. Even if you are not on your own you are welcome to camp with us.

thanks for the update POS, shame I'm not gonna see some of those guys, yeah my australian mag collection is getting pretty antinque.
I'll get it updated in 4 days when I land in Cairns - ok.

Be good to some big rigs in action, nobody over here runs bigger than 35" Simex as a rule.

RUFF - sounds cool - I'm flying solo for this trip.
Partying won't be a problem :P
As previously demonstrated I'm out of date on the rigs you guys drive, I'd recognise the Overkill Zuk, thats about it. How do I find you - or won't that be a problem.

I'm hoping to turn up Friday evening

C U then

We should be fairly easy to find look for a series 2A with Mog Axles and 42tsls. That is Sam's(strange rover) and i am the spotter. Or look for Troy from Final Cut Videography he has a white Nissan Patrol with signwriting all over it. He should be camping with us.

Or if you ask Dave Metcalf(The event Manager) he will be able to point you in the right direction. We will have our own Outerlimits camping area.

Hey thought i would let everyone know about the meeting (piss-up) we had with Dave Metcalfe on saturday!

We basically just sat around and had a good chat about XRCC, Rigs, rules lack of Rock chicks etc etc!

Well David has modified the rules slightly and ran them by us!

As most of you know we are a pretty hard bunch to convince but his changes are quite GOOD!

Basically the major change is that you must start a stage to get points (unlike the last round where some rigs came out in front simply by not running) AND the furtherest threw will get the most points!!!!!!!!!

Its a very fair and easy system!

The team that gets the furtherest with least amount of penelties gets the most points!!!!!!!!!!!!

After this meeting i am looking forward to it even more than before!!!!!!!!

Time to put up XRCC

Post by XTREME MMM »

    Back again, I have to agree what has been said about BJ. Just remember when you take him somewhere make sure he cannot find his way home. (JOKE) The meeting that was held at my place went well. Many thanks to Sam, Tony, Adrian & BJ for there input. I know this is all new (XRCC), but the only thing that has played on my mind since Round 1 is the point scoring. What ever system is used there will be some that will not like it (possibly including me). But I have come up with one that I am going to try. The main part is to reward the Teams that go the furtherest in the set time, regardless of the length of the Course without hitting cones or having to winch. THE IDEA IS TO DRIVE. I am currently working on the rules regards the scoring & hope to be able to have an ammended set up on the XRCC web site before the next Round in July. Friday night at Round 2 I will give all the competitors a run down on how it will work. One point we have to remember is that the spectators do not know at any of the events how the scoring system works apart from the Team that goes the distance should win not the Team that does not run or stops half way through with time up there sleeve. What we have here is a long type course set up with more than one hard obstical in & I think in the US it is more of a short course set up, this is why I think that the scoring system I am going to try will reward the true winner of the event.

Don`t forget that I am taking entries now at a reduced cost (forms on XRCC web site). Also remember that it will be self catering over the weekend. There will be a food van set up for the event Sat/Sun.

If you have any questions contact me direct & I will try and answer them for you.

Regards MMM
