beed locks on alloy rims

my cusin has mickey tompson alloys and wants to get beed locks on them.. can they be modified iff so who in syd does them...and also how much will it cost...

Macquarie4x4 also have allied beadlocks, with alloys made as beadlocks, not welded on afterward, if thats any help, in Sydney.

At least gives a cost to compare new vs modifying an existing set.
