Lightforce 170 compared to a 240?

Post by RUFF »

How much difference is there between a 170 and a 240 Lightforce light other than size. The 240's are too large for the front of my rig but i could prob fit the 170's in though.
And has anyone got a good price on these? Or know where i can perchase some at the right price in Brisbane?

I have 170`s on our cruiser and they are great :D

I haven`t seen 240`s working, but with what you are saying about the size of them tony if I was you i`d just get 170`s, you want be dissapointed.

Give chezzy a ring as he sells LF and I`m shore he`d do you a good deal and probly even bring them to XRCC with him.

Just so you know, a pair of 170`s makes a pair of IPF`s look like parking lights, at most maybe low beams.

Last time I spoke to cheezy (about a week ago) he said he was going.

I have the 170s. They make my Narva Arctic Blue headlights look like parkers when I turn the 170s off... I love them. Not too big either.

Hey Ruff...
Basic difference is only reflector size. Both lights utilise a 100 watt xenophot 2000 hour bulb. 240 gains in output via larger reflector as in there aint no substitute for cubic inches... As for price, ring our distributor in Vegas, Paul Chater on 0429 945 592, tell him Pete sent you and he will hang up the phone :D
