Pull the pins out and give them a dusting of graphite, turn them upside down and put some in the cup, pluck the plunger a few times and they should be sweet

Pull the pins out and give them a dusting of graphite, turn them upside down and put some in the cup, pluck the plunger a few times and they should be sweetcause they suck to set otherwise.
Is it a powder or grease?
