most 1.0 litres have different t-case mounts to 1.3's, tho some are same.
my 1.0 litre mounts were a bolt through arrangement, with quite large holes in the arm, but I later used 1.3 mounts as are easier to get.
It is possible to fit 1.3 mounts if use big ass washers.

If you mean the t-case brackets/arms, early ones are very different, later 1.0s are almost the same.

Later model 1ltr transfercases commonly found in the Maruti ute are the Series 4 model which is the same casing as a 1.3ltr and have same mounts. The gears in this Series 4 model made up 1 half of the original Series 1 Rockhopper reduction gearset.

I had the later 1.3ltr mounts in my sierra and used to bust them every trip, changed them to the early 1.0ltr (bolt through rubber) then just chewed them out after a couple of trips. Most likely due to them being 18 year old bushes.

I then used Landcruiser spring bushes with a bolt through and all was good.

i shoulda provided more info. i'm lookin at mounting a sierra tcase in the vit. but i have a 1L case here, but will be changing to a 1.3 later when i get gears. so if i make the mounts to suit the 1l case, will they be close enough to the 1.3 case to not have to totally re-do them when that time comes?

use one of roc70ys rings, pretty sure they'll fit both cases.

What case have u got antt. The late 1ltr case is exact the same mounting on the bolt side as a 1.3 case. eg u can put a 1ltr case into a 1.3 sierra with no mods at all (aside from flange sizes

cheers

Do you have a 1.3 case to compare? Does it have the 4wd light switch on it.

The case is the same internally and externally for different gearing AFAIK.

cheers

even the early 1.0lt cases will mount in the same position of the 1.3lt case.....only difference is the mountin bracket not the case itself.....
I can tell you this from experience...
