Leaking injector pump (1hz)

The pump was replaced about 1 month ago, and now the thing has started to leak, apparently from the rear cover where the 6 fuel output lines connect to. Is this just a simple gasket jobbie or a professional "Injector Pump service" jobbie?

This is a job to be done by Diesel professional. You say it was replaced, was it a 2nd hand one that was fitted or o/hauled one?

This repair will mean the pump has to be fully pulled apart. Time to make a decision.

The pump was replaced with a 2nd hand as the original had minor problems, done under warranty from the place that sold me the engine, but... I still have the original pump, so looks like i will be overhauling (at a diesel place) the pump the engine originally came with.

Nah, the pumps have never been serviced, I bought the engine about 1 year ago, so looks like I will definetly get 1 of the them fully serviced. It´s probably time to do it anyway. The engine has about 140k.
